3M™ OEM Match Wide Stream Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of wide or flat seam sealers that were robotically applied at the OEM factory. Used with one-part (1K) and two-part (2K) seam sealers, the tip can be trimmed to control the bead width.

• Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part (1K) and 2-part (2K) urethane, MSP and epoxy seam sealers
• Width, texture, and height of the bead can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application.
• The 1K version threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles.
• Notched in one-quarter-inch increments, the tip is easy to trim to widths from .4 to 1.4 inches (6 mm to 36 mm)
• Built for single-use with no cleanup required.
